I admit I do not have a sweet tooth but I sometimes like to eat something sweet like a candy bar or a cake but I do not like added sugar in something like sausage or green beans. If I wanted more sugar I would sprinkle it on my steak. Read the labels of any processed food you buy and you will see sugar, corn syrup and even honey which is still sugar no matter what they say.
merle and also salt. i heard years and years when tom snyder had a talk show that mickey d's put sugar on the fries and the burgers to make you crave more. he did a test.
Check out a book called "Sugar Blues," if you are not already off of sugar, it will st least make you aware of what you are doing to your body.
