I mentioned in another article that I was celebrating a recent physical exam that showed I was still alive by going out and buying some Irish Kerrygold butter to celebrate one more year of life hopefully. Do you remember how butter tasted when you were younger or how it tasted on your rolls at a first class restaurant? I don't eat a lot of butter and most of the American made stuff doesn't really taste much different than a good quality margarine in my opinion but I got my eyes opened!
This is not an advertizement for Kerrygold by the way but it so far surpased my butter expectations I am still in shock. It is like I have just rediscovered how good butter can be. The stuff is amazing and I am guessing that is because of the higher butterfat level plus the lack of chemical additives. It is not cheap and you get what you pay for in this instance. Please share your butter experiences if you have any.
